Congratulations to our Employee, Manager and Department of the year!

We recently announced our employee awards recognizing achievement in providing outstanding service to our guests.  We had several employees nominated and are happy to announce the following employees and department who received recognition from their peers as Employee, Manager and Department of the year.


Sophia’s started an internship with us as a hospitality student from Drexel University.  Since graduating Sophia has joined full time as our Conference Concierge.  In her role she has direct contact with our meeting guests and always ensures that every guest request is executed to perfection.  This is evident in the positive feedback we receive from our guests who single out Sophia for her excellent customer service.

Judy is a valued employee who has worked in various roles at ACE Conference Center for over 25 years.  In her current role she manages our accounting department.  Judy is well respected across the property for her hard work, organizational skills and her ability to get things done. She is a motivated self starter, and an integral part of ensuring that everything is properly handled behind the scenes.

Conference Services – DEPARTMENT OF THE YEAR

Our Conference Service team received recognitions from their peers for their tireless work taking care of our meeting guests.  Many employees in this department work overnight to set up and arrange our meeting rooms for the next day’s scheduled events.  This team receives regular feedback from our guests always complimenting this staff for going above and beyond to provide whatever is asked of them.
